Prices for products offered at SabrinaLynn.com may change at any time. SabrinaLynn.com does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, contact SabrinaLynn.com for either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by SabrinaLynn.com.

SabrinaLynn Membership - Subscription Terms

Subscription - By purchasing a Monthly or Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly or Annual Subscription fee at the current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your Subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.  Failure to make timely installment payments on any subscription fee may result in discontinuance of the online connection on any relevant product.

Automatic renewal terms -  Once you subscribe, SabrinaLynn.com will automatically process your Monthly or Annual Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. SabrinaLynn.com will continue to automatically process your Subscription fee each month or year at the current subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription.

Monthly Membership Content - Members have access to all workshops dating back to the day they joined, including new workshops as they are added. All Membership content is only available to current Subscribers in good standing, and is not offered under ‘Lifetime Access’ terms. Therefore, access to all content within the Membership is contingent upon remaining an active Subscriber in good standing, and once a subscription falls out of good standing or is cancelled, all access is removed.

Subscription Cancellation Policy - Subscribers may cancel at any time via the link on the member's area home page, or by contacting support@sabrinalynn.com. Access to all membership content and resources, including the member's area, special offer bonus material and private Facebook group, will close upon submission of the cancellation request. No refunds will be issued. Cancelled Members may re-subscribe to the Membership again at any time. Current pricing, content, and special bonus offers will apply.

Online Workshops and Retreat Recorded Audio and Video
All sales of SabrinaLynn.com Online Workshops and Retreats are final and non-refundable after the 24-hour grace period.

Audio and video products
All audio and video products are streamed digitally via SabrinaLynn.com. There is no delivery of DVDs or CDs. While audio files are downloadable, video files are not.  Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the proper equipment to maintain such digital streaming capability on the user end.

In-Person Workshop and Retreat Registration
Cancellation policies for in-person workshops and retreats vary. In all cases, a cancellation will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the workshop deposit. Cancellation policy will be stated clearly on the checkout page of each in-person retreat or workshop.

Mystery School Online
All sales of Mystery School Online are final and non-refundable. By completing this purchase you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed the course description and understand the nature of the program, understand all the terms and conditions of purchase and use set forth herein, and acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable.

You agree to fully waive any warranty claim to the fullest extent allowed by law under any circumstance.  In no way does your use of the site, or reliance on any information or materials contained on the site create a clinical, treatment, patient, client or other fiduciary duty or other similar relationship between you and Sabrina Lynn.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that the location of contract for this Subscription is the State of Colorado, County of Boulder, and that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, and all legal issues arising from or related to either party’s use of, or participation in the Site or materials shall be determined by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to any state’s conflict-of-law provisions. The State courts of Colorado shall be the exclusive forum, and the District Courts of Boulder County shall be the sole appropriate venue to resolve any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the subject matter hereof. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the appropriate court in Colorado.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in these Terms and Conditions, Sabrina Lynn, LLC may at any time seek injunctive or other appropriate relief against you and/or against others, in any state or federal court in the State of Colorado, County of Boulder, or any other court, jurisdiction or venue deemed appropriate, in the event Sabrina Lynn, LLC believes that there is a violation or threatened violation of any intellectual property rights of Sabrina Lynn or of any third party, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of any such courts for said particular purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are deemed to be severable, and if any portion of said materials is invalid, prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction for any reason unless narrowed by construction, such term or condition shall for purposes of such jurisdiction only, be construed as if such invalid, prohibited or unenforceable term or condition had been more narrowly drawn so as not to be invalid, prohibited or unenforceable (or if such language cannot be drawn narrowly enough, the court making any such determination shall have the power to modify, to the extent necessary to make such term or condition enforceable in such jurisdiction, and such term or condition shall then be applicable in such modified form).  If, notwithstanding the foregoing, any such term or condition would be held to be invalid, prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction for any reason, such term or condition, as to such jurisdiction only, shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability, without invalidating the remaining Terms and Conditions. No narrowed construction, court-modification or invalidation of any term or condition shall affect the construction, validity or enforceability of such term or condition in any other jurisdiction.

Sabrina Lynn, LLC failure to assert any right or demand compliance with any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to constitute a waiver of any such right or provision.
