How does Mystery School work?
Mystery School has been designed for rapid illumination, steady integration and endless transformation.
With the experience of seven Mystery School classes behind me, this journey has been meticulously designed from that knowledge for you to get the absolute most from it. The journey includes:
- Deep exploration (ten weeks of workshop & lecture)
- Processing & resting (two weeks of integration)
- Community connection (six wisdom circles)
During each of the 10 workshop weeks, you will receive three hours of exploration into the mysteries. This weekly content is divided into four videos: two experiential workshops and two lectures that support the workshops.
Based on experience from previous Mystery Schools, an optimized schedule (3 weeks of exploration followed by a week of integration) allows your mind, body and spirit time to fully embody the new insights. After external rest and internal reorganization, you are prepared to go even deeper and ever higher in the weeks to come.
After Mystery School is complete, the workshops and lectures are yours forever. This way you can go back again and again, allowing the Mystery explorations to take you deeper and deeper into the limitless potentials held in this vast terrain.
Open doors to the inner self and to the mystic mysteries (one and the same) through twenty ReWilding workshops.
These workshops are tapestries: ancient threads woven together to serve the moment. In the way of the mysteries, they both transcend time and space while also accounting for it. They combine sacred technologies and wisdom traditions, and contain divine transmissions and activations specifically designed to facilitate the unfolding of your highest potential in this lifetime and beyond.
We will work with powerful and esoteric archetypal embodiment practices to invoke and commune with our personal archetypes (parts of self). Simultaneously, we will work with ancient shamanic and tantric practices that access deep, inner, alchemical levels of our beings.
These practices are curated to shift, heal, open and transform both your inner and outer world.Â
No previous experience is necessary. This program is open to anyone who is called to journey into the mysteries.
Is Mystery School a fit for you?
Mystery School is designed to meet you where you are and then take you exactly as deep, as high and as embodied as you're ready to go. (In other words, no experience necessary!) Your facilitator—me, Sabrina Lynn—will open the doors and once you’re there your own inner wisdom will guide you the rest of the way.
Mystery School is designed to go wherever life takes you. Entirely online, you can journey at your own pace, in your own way, anywhere in the world. To keep you company the entire way we will have regular Zoom calls and a private Facebook group, (both entirely optional) that will serve as sacred gathering space to share, to witness and to be supported. (As last year's Mystery School graduates can attest to, this online circle rapidly becomes an incredibly supportive network.)

20 Mystery Workshops and 20 Lectures
Each week (aside from the two integration weeks) two one-hour experiential workshops will be released, each paired with a 30-minute follow-up lecture. That's a total of 3 hours of Mysteries released into your member's area every Sunday, all in video format.
2 Integration WeeksÂ
These weeks are dedicated to you integrating all the work you have done in the three workshop weeks preceding them. There will be no new workshop content and no Wisdom Circles during integration weeks. Previous Mystery Schools have paved the way for this, highlighting that these integration periods are incredibly important for you to process and weave what you've learned into your daily life.
6 Wisdom Circles
These 90-minute LIVE gatherings will be open to the whole of our Mystery Circle so you have the opportunity to connect, ask questions, and weave and receive threads of wisdom discovered on the journey. These will be recorded and saved to your member's area so you will not miss anything if you can't make it to the Zoom call.
Bi-Monthly Support Share Circles
Each month the program support team will hold a 1.5 hour long online Zoom gathering where you can connect, ask questions and be supported on your journey. These will also be recorded and added to your member's area in the event that you can't make it LIVE.
Private Facebook Group
[Optional] This is a way of sharing, connecting and being with others in Mystery School and is completely optional. This group will be very tightly held by our support team and is a great place to ask questions. You will have access to this community as soon as you join Mystery School.
Bonus Resources
Workshops, Podcasts, Spotify playlists and other supportive material will be added to your member's area weekly to help you deepen in, open to and fully receive what the Mysteries have to offer.

What if i can't make it to the live wisdom or sharing circles?
While it's highly recommended to attend the weekend retreats LIVE on Zoom, it is understood that life has important occasions and doesn't always go as planned, so all content will be recorded and you will be able to access these recordings in your member's area (within 48 hours).
Is this like the other "ReWilding For Women" Mystery School?
No, this Mystery School is completely new and unique. It's designed in the current energy and will be co-created with all the participants in the program. We create this as we journey, strengthening your channel for grace at an ever-deepening level. Also note that the ReWilding For Women Mystery school focuses on feminine reclamation, which is only one part of the three-fold path. While we may explore this in this new Mystery School, it will only be a portion of our total journey together.Â
I'm new to Sabrina's work, can I do this Mystery School?
Absolutely! Anyone and everyone is welcome. No previous experience to ReWilding, Sabrina's work or spiritual practice is necessary. The mysteries meet you exactly where you are at to take you to your next level of potential.
